There's a strong correlation between being evil (or antagonistic) in the NV and being strong. How strong would your fav be if they were an antagonist in the series? I'll get the ball rolling:

Sakura:

-Access to her full genjutsu potential. One-shotting people with her inner Sakura tsukiyomi.
-Absolute defense thanks to chakra control+byakugou. She could release chakra from any part of her body thanks to her perfect chakra control and use it to repel ninjutsu and taijutsu.
-Instant speed thanks to chakra control. She could work on the speed blitz she used on Ino in the Chunin exams and perfect it.
-Sealing jutsus thanks to the forehead seal. She could use this to seal powerful moves and convert them into chakra. Possibly could be used as a gedo mazou substitute if she betrayed akatsuki and became the leader.

I think she would convince Konan to forget about Nagato and she would just solo Nagato on the spot. And maybe take Obito's MS for trying her.

It depends if the character aspired be the main villain of series and tried getting all the power than you inevitably become Kaguya. But if your asking characters individual power potential I think strength wise Sakura is as strong as she will get, but could learn other techniques to be a more well rounded ninja.

Sakura would be a not failed attempted at what Kabuto was trying to be, but with the Slug Sage Mode.
She wouldn't need to splice her DNA she would use her own power. (Though doing so wouldn't be off the table)
Sakura wouldve been the most powerful character.
She had access to all of the hokages documents, read up on mokuton, Mito the sealing jutsu,Tobirama's techs etc. And all of which can be apart of her developement via Tsunade
Sakura intellect would be even more vast as well, he would probably still be good, via Inner Sakura. Inner Sakura would be Evil.

And SAkura restricts her power, like how Wonderwoman does, so that she doesn't endanger her comrades, but using her full potential anything is possible, im sure she can unlock the gates only with her chakra control and not have to die or not have to just use them for speed.

Also what would Sakura's goal be. Probably to kill Orochimaru, for her to become evil she would have to suffer lost. Maybe the akatsuki captured naruto, Orochimaru took over Sasuke, or Someone kill Ino, Tsunade (Doubtful) or her Parents, and it was somehow justified.

I remember when she speed blitzed Ino with chakra control and Lee couldn't follow her movements with his eyes. That alone would imply she had the potential to learn the gates but gates+byakugou is too op for one ninja. I can actually understand why Kishi avoided this despite Sakura being a taijutsu prodigy.

Imagine Sakura (with the gates) vs Madara. She would have solo'd him, regenerated from death and probably would have taken his eye as punishment. Okay, the eye part idk, but everything else is true.

Can't actually see how Tobirama being evil would play out. Most of his lifetime was spent in the neutrality of the Warring States, as just mercenaries. Kill his family whilst they slept? Go and murder Madara before he attained EMS?

The only real difference might be that Konoha would never come to be, and therefore that era might have gone on for much longer. Just depends on when he became evil... if it's before Madara gains EMS, he could dominate but after... he'd have to be a bit of an Oro and "develop himself" in order to stand against them after that point.

She would've taken her eyes, put them in front of Orochimaru and squashed them.
I actually dont think the Gates will work on Sakura the same way it would on Lee , because she has control over her chakra, and all gates do is cause Chakra to run through out you body, enhancing strength in speed, Sakura does this in byakugou mode, but she can store and release her power causing even power hits.

Gai can't do this, which is why he had to use an outside force, by kicking the air to cause a devastating attack. The 8th gate just gave him enough energy to kick that fast.

If Sakura wanted to im sure she can warp space with her strength, just by clapping her hands together

All uchiha's under one roof blood lust and evil (Itachi, shisui, obito, fugaku and later sasuke followed by madara) would be kickass
