Well technically, going back in time creates too many paradoxes and is almost virtually impossible. If you do go back in time and change just a little fact about yourself, then your past self probably won't go on the same path that made you find a way to go back in time in the first place. Which means you won't exist and if you don't exist, you couldn't have travelled in time and corrected whatever.
