I definitely agree though, racism isn't prejudice yet he had no prejudiced views towards the Uchiha.

Now, his opinion wasn't preconceived and it was definitely based on reason and experience. What he said was the truth, the more hatred an Uchiha possessed, the stronger their visual prowess got. Madara and Sasuke are prime examples of that.
