The ramen guy,udon,moegi,karin,the feudal lords,ebisu,iruka,leaf elders,the cat lady from team 7's missions in part 1,omoi,karui,naruto uzumakis next door neighbour,motoi,tonton,obito etc etc i could go on but i'd only end up lying and making up characters that aren't in naruto.

Kakashi. It would have been perfect to have him die against Obito. There isn't really much of a point in anyone else dying, except maybe for Gai via eight gates. Naruto and Sasuke are too important to die, and everyone else is too insignificant.
