Well I can't really give you an accurate answer since I:

1. have never been in the leaf village

2. never been through the village being attacked by a tailed beast

3. haven't had to deal with the fact that my parents were killed because of that tailed beast

4. have read through the manga and later knew that sooner or later that Naruto was going to become a hero, thus demonizing the position of me hating Naruto because he had a tailed beast inside of him or that he was a troublemaker

So I'm not really sure how I would be like or act if I lived in the Naruto world instead of this world, since I wouldn't learn what I have learned in this life if I lived in Naruto's world and I wouldn't have learned what I could've learned in Naruto's world if I was living in this world.

I would hang out with him. I really wouldn't care that he has a demon fox spirit inside of him that could pretty much destroy half the nation in a blink of an eye.

I'd keep my distance from him. I probably wouldn't understand how seals work and be afraid that the Kyuubi would pop out at any moment. If he needed help, I might give him some. But after what recently happened. . Yeah, I'd be wary of him.

Anyone that says they would have been nice to him or been his friend are just idiots. Think about that kid in your school that ate his boogers, or the kid that was poor and had no friends. Think about the kid that sat alone at lunch and had no one but himself. Are you telling me you'd be friends with that kid? That's the translation of Naruto to the real world(Not eating boogers but you get the gist). Personally, I wouldn't have been his friend. I probably would have blocked him out the same as the other villagers. After all that's how the parents brought up the children of the leaf, and that's what they taught them.
