Objectively speaking, anime is in a morally dark zone - hentai . . .

Being associated with that stuff, influencing young minds and hearts towards it would not only lead to social issues (celebrity is based on society) but maybe even legal issues.

So while the community is one thing, that i enjoy, the associations would be a mess waiting to happen. I wouldn't join. Id probably even quit social media.
