They are both good for several reasons, i like part 1 more but that does not mean i don't like part 2.

I would not continue series if part 2 sucked so hard. Akatsuki is one of the best things Kishi have created. Sakura became remotely something and did not make me cringe as much as she did in part 1. Many revelations happened. Part 1 introduced some great characters, (Lee and Neji being my faves) and i loved their moments, also some fights were great. Both part 1 or part 2 fights are interesting in their own ways. All i can fairly say is even Chuunin exams got more sense of danger than this supposedely final-war-uper-duper-climax arc.

Every person degrading part 1 for hyping part 2 should consider this: They would not start the series and continue for 250 chapters if it was mediocre or sucky.

Every person degrading part 2 For hyping part 1 should consider this: They would not continue the series for 400 chapters if it was mediocre or sucky.

The god fights are exactly what appeal to me, so I don't like part 1. Don't care about some lame kunai fights, strategy or shit like that. I also don't care about majority of the characters in part 1. I couldn't care less about k11 ( except for Naruto and Sasuke).

The limit for me is the small susanoos. Shinsuusenju and PS is a bit much

I agree. The smaller Susanoo work for me too. They were bada** and deadly but not invincible mountain destroying Monsters we see now.

Its not just fights that I'm talking about. Literally I'm talking everything about Part 1 >>>>>>>> Part 2 about the story plot, the suspense, the villains, Konoha 11 gets bast majority of screen time and epic character developments, the World building learning about the villages and the clans, and all the fighting tactical and more realistically.

But now Shippuden went down from the drain. Now it's all about Uchiha and the Senju pretty much dominated the entire series and completely fodderize everyone except if you're Uchiha, Uzamaki, and Senju and some of the Kages.

Naruto characterization is ruined since it's all about chasing Sasuke. All the rookies 11 gets neglected throughout the entire series with the only exception of ShikaChoIno.

Now lately, Shippuden is gotten way worse by adding TNJ and Flashback no jutsu with so much repetitive Naruto backstory and Rin Flash back. Naruto getting all the wanking.


Naruto & Sasuke powerup is so god damn crusty as fack, we've seen this so many times, which completely makes everyone useless as if only Naruto, Sasuke, Minato, Hashirama, and Tobirama are the only relevant right now.


Currently, this arc doesn't feel like real war, there's no hype for this series no more. Everyone gets pick me up moment, with another annoying Tnj to foreshadow Stall no jutsu to foreshadow Plot No Jutsu to Foreshadow stall no Jutsu to forshadow TNJ.
