So which leads me to think, even when you cut part of her.. her chakra system never breaks. I mean afterall you have to concentrate to build up the system.. but hers was completely destroyed.. yet she summoned Katsuyu without a problem... and apparently feels no bloody pain.


Does she have the best chakra control in Naruto? I'm going to say yes.

I was thinking you can compare this to a similar human context I read about earlier.

This guy was working on his car and lying for half of his body underneath it.
A truck came by and drove over him, right above his legs.
By doing this his lower body (legs) got separated from his upper body.
Now the guy was lying there on the ground for 3 more hours and survived this.
The reason why he survived this is because his lower- and upperbody parts had been
separated by a truck wheel crushing it, thus al of his veins were closed because of the crushing.
So his heart could still pump blood true out his entire upper body (and to all vital organs)
and thus not killing him.

Maybe here with Tsunade it is a similar case?
