I would likely kick some ass if the situation gets too violent. Being a passive bystander is always the wrong option.
If you saw someone getting bullied?

First i'd interfere and tell the bullies to get lost. If they leave i'll teach the victim how to defend himself in case if the bullies keep on bullying him so that he can deliver the ass whopping. If the bullies don't leave after i've warned them then i'd slam their heads in on the concrete and hurt them as much as possible. Theres something about seeing the weak get bullied that just ticks me off.

It depends on the situation, and who the victim is. If it's someone I don't know, or a friend/relative, I'd probably have the bullies kissing the ground, if the bullies are few enough and not some hulking brutes. I'm a pretty skinny guy. If the victim is someone I dislike, I'll probably smirk as I walk by. That or watch.

Good God, getting your fists out on every occasion doesn't solve anything. But if the bullies won't listen to reason - 2, 4 and 6.
Oh and 1., after the incident.
Concerning Part 2, I'm not, so it wouldn't happen.

All depends on the situation .
If the guys are too dangerous, like too hot-headed,arrogant,cocky and have big contacts , then the only option is to talk it out . Violence is never good in such a situation . Not only it will make it worse for the guy being bullied but also for my self.
If they are in a group and i am alone then only option again is talking them down and if they don't stop , just wait it out and then help out the bullied person but if i am with my group then we can resort to violence if they don't step down .
If the bully is alone , then again the first situation applies if i am alone but if its just a normal bully and won't step down, then i can beat him up . If i am in a group , that just makes it too easy for us .

it happened just a few months ago.some guy was giving a hard time on this younger kid.at first i just observed it,maybe he would leave him alone...but then he wouldnt stop so i told the kid to get behind me and just not bother with him.the bully became nervous and all...but i just told him that i dont want any trouble...if he leaves the kid alone i leave him alone...and so he left
i believe in non violent way of solution..i would only fight him if i had to...thankfully i am ripped so he got scared and went away XD

Bullying is a law of nature. There will always be bullies and people who'd get bullied. Who am I here to interfere with such divine stuff?
I will let them work it out and pray that the bullied one gets to learn how to fight back one day

Everyone is a hero these days, people fail to realize heroes get screwed over. We live in a crap society that's unfair as hell. Why would I blindly charge into a fight while I know nothing of what had caused it? Maybe the victim isn't really a victim? Maybe he's a drug dealer who is selling drugs to the attackers kids and realities? Maybe the victim has connection with the cops and him getting arrested won't do squat? Maybe the attackers were forced into this? Too many possibilities, it basically becomes a extreme case of utilitarian or deontologist. Now if I knew the victim I might help depending on my relationship with him and my mood.

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's bullies and people that just try to pick on people because they're different or weaker.
Definitely would get involved. Talk to them and not be afraid to get involved physically.
If my goal is anything, it's to also give the bullies a passionate speech as to why bullying is for weak people. Gotta give them something bullies will remember, one at a time.
And of course talk to the guy they were picking on afterwards of what happens

Talk shit to the bully until he backs off.
Then yell at the kid getting bullied and tell him to stick up for himself.
Doesn't matter if you get your ass kicked or not. Self respect requires you to punch people in the face sometimes.
