If you hit Limbo, then will Madara take that damage as well?

If Naruto hit one of Madara's shadow with so6p Rasenshuriken, then will it cause the same damage to the real body when the shadow comes back to the user?

No, it wouldn't. The Limbos take damage, but it doesn't transfer to the original.

If the shadow receives damage and is recalled back to the original, the the original receives the same amount of damage taken by the shadow. If the shadow does not comeback, than the original does not receive damage.

Yes if Naruto attack the Shadows with senjutsu chakra, the wounds appears on Madara when the shadow returns back.
