If I could I would also fit someone like Shikamaru in..need a tactician. But Itachi & Minato pretty much have that covered but then again the others are just as brilliant.

Madara Uchiha : best at overall jutsu and good for infiltration
Nara Shikaku : His brain better than Shikamaru,,i will choose him to be a squad leader
Pain : even he wasn't a medical ninja,,he have ability to ressurect people and he has Summoning jutsu
Goku : I choose him cuz if this mission failed he can destroy everything into dust and vanishing the evidence LOL
