If you had to give Naruto's Kyuubi Half to any Ninja that makes Sense who would it Be

First of all it has to make sense, the person who gets the kyuubi would need to be able to handle a lot of chakra and have big reserves, at least Zabuza level Chakra which is really really high imo maybe a bit less.
