It's basically 3T sharingan, as well as the byakugan put together, except it can negate the abilities of the byakugan, as well as sense chakra, and see one's life force.
I would choose Sage Mode, byakugou, lightning release armor, oral rebirth (Orochimaru's technique), and Fushi Tensei (also Orochimaru's technique). Ultimate tank, and would use Fushi Tensei on a White Zetsu to get my hands on Hashirama's cells.

i would choose ems, ftg, lighting armor, paper clones, (if sage mode counts as a jutsu,or shikotsumyaku, if not..) mokuton, kamui.

Dojutsu: Rinnegan

Jutsu 1: Sage Mode. On top of the Rinnegan's powers, the tech's would be even bigger scale-wise.

Jutsu 2: Sensing ability. Sage Mode will give me sensing, and on top of that, natural sensing will make me the best sensor EVER.

Jutsu 3: FTG. Being able to both use Kunai and placed seals is too versatile to pass up. I can place my Kunai in a fight, teleport behind an opponent then Human Path him/her.

Jutsu 4: Shadow Clone Jutsu. On top of being a good tactic in a battle it would make mastering Jutsu with the Rinnegan even easier because of the shared knowledge from the clones to the original.

Jutsu 5: Oral Rebirth. Immensely useful technique that will allow me to tank things if I need to.
