If you know the translation is moss ball, why are you still convinced this is an exotic fish ?

I appreciate the picture, never seen it before. Makes the joke even funnier now you see the resemblance of it.

I think the question is: Is “marimo” a plant or a fish?

As far I know, hana means both a flower and nose. Perhaps marimo means both a fish and a plant. Until someone tells us.

The first row is plants and the second is fish(there's 2 that are definitely fish) if they have them ordered, so probably plant.
