to be honest i think kakashi already have chidori nagashi or Raikiri Nagashi but he just doesnt use it. its more difficult to do the raikir than Nagashi cuz in the nagashi you just let the chakra go wild around you.

I don't know. I'm honestly not very good at making jutsus considering Kishimoto has come up with just about everything I can think of.

I theorized some new rinnegan techniques for Madara and Sasuke in a few threads and thought for a the longest time it would be cool if Sakura ended up being a senju and manifesting mokuton in the form of sakura trees that emit pollen that cast a genjutsu.
