For me i would choose anyone in the Akatsuki. I love their robes. xD

I would say akatsuki. TV and movies always make cloaks and robes look cool, when in reality you just look like your getting ready to either rob someone or abduct a child when you wear them.

The basic Shinobi uniforms remind me of fishing gear.

put this hat on any ninja in the series that wears the "normal" gear, and give them a tackle box and fishing pole. Then you would have a fisherman instead of a ninja.
