Shadow Clone Justu could come in very handy. Reasons?
>Let a clone go to school, stop the Jutsu, you gain the Knowledge.
>Go two places at the same time.
>Have 100 Clones work out while you relax and then stop the Jutsu as you get the results.
>When you're bored and wanna Fap, you can have a clone use Transformation Jutsu...

You'll just have to wear shades for Sharingan or hide the veins and wear contacts for Byakugan.

Chidori isn't needed; you just need a low-ranked Raiton jutsu or to just infuse your Raiton chakra with the car battery to charge it up, lol, but think of how easy it owuld be to charge your Phones? So many things would be done independent I can see why the Naruto world isn't High-Tech.

They'll probably have skilled Tutors who would either teach you those Jutsu at very high costs, or Teleport you.
Then they'll make a FTG system where they mark all the Air Ports and FTG Locations.

Really, Susano'o and Destructive ninjustu and stamina is all you need to win a War.
Madara could easily conquer This World because he'd Dominate any Army and become King.
Plus, he can use Wood Clones to make it harder for anybody to kill him.
