Rules: 1 Jutsu means just one, not variations of it. i.e. Rasengan means only normal Rasengan. No Rainbow Rasengan, Rasen-Shuriken, etc. Also, you cannot improve your chosen technique. i.e. If you have Rasengan never in your life will you learn Big Ball rasengan.
