lee byakugan. how badass would that be? his taijutsu is great, he would have 360 degree vision, and he could disable enemies in record time.
*sharingan would be pretty cool as well considering it might give him the ability to use jutsu and it would help perfect his taijutsu completely*

that would totally destroy the whole manga, ya know? cause naruto was always as rock lee, meaning that they both were not super mega geniuses in anything and did everything only with willpower and hard work. on the other hand is sasuke and neji who both are geniuses with incredible eyes. if naruto AND sasuke would both have eye powers it would be kinda stupid. it´s eternal fight, genius with eyes vs hard worker. oh, i forgot about guy and kakashi

Sasuke has Sharingan
And Sakura has medical jutsu, so its only fair if Sakura gets a Kekkei Genkai and it would have to be Yamato's Wood Release.
