If it is about the things you have listed then I would probably go with Sunagakure..
I like the magnet release and since it was OP in the shitty Naruto online games I played.
Anyway - Controlling enemies Close combat weapons is just sick if you also stick poison to it - awesome.
Being able to control sand is also nice. I mean c'mon sand is everywhere .. well lets say dirt.

And with my byakugan and juuken, i have above average chakra control.
I also have medical ninjutsu.

I'd be a combat/scout/support-type

Imagine if i were to replace tsunade in their fight against madara.
Let us say that I am a Byakugan user in Tsunade's level(sannin, hokage)
I could have made a difference. Spam Juuken. Madara might absorb chakra, but it still is taijutsu.
Gaara, Mei, and Ay can back me up, to prevent Madara from absorbing,as I close off his chakra points(debatable if it works on Edos)
Ohnoki can deliver the final blow.
