UMM... I liked Neji's antagonistic style because at that time he wasn't only strong (i mean, for Naruto and co.'s level), but he was also clever (not as much as Shikamaru but clever enough as to be considered calculating) and he was really cruel! He used to go on mental attacks to weaken (or definitely destroy) someone's will (and the worse, he was always right) . Let's be honest, you have to got a good eye to do it right and properly. He was not saying just rudeness to hurt you, but he was indeed analizing your soul to find weak points and destroy you!
He was also somewhat sadistic (Who else but a sadistic man would enjoy by humiliating someone you don't even have a grudge against?) narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/099/19

Well, Tobi is a good villain cause hes mysterious, strong and calculating/manipulator. But since it's >>dream<< I still like Neji's old antagonistic style for some reason.

Orochimaru.

In just the first part of the story he was able to, successfully create his own village with experiment ninjas who were majorly powerful, kill the Kazekage, ravage Konoha with his Snake summons, and Kill the Third Hokage.

Just in part one Orochimaru was able to kill two major figure heads, of the five great nations. That's just the sign of a great antagonist, I wish it would've been kept up.
