obito going to the turtle island to hunt bee and naruto instead of sending kabuto, obito would have wreck them both since guy-sensei just used 7 gates against kisame and naruto didnt completly know how to control his KC mode and he hadnt befriended kurama so obito woudl have wreck so hard

Others have said that Madara shouldn't have been taken out the way he was. Would have been much better if he battled Naruto and Sasuke and they defeated him. Lots of implications for this one change:

No Kaguya, Ootsuki, or fillergan
More chapters with Madara and a longer Naruto vs Sasuke fight. Maybe even a decent wrap up of what happens when they return to Konoha.
