1 - Hinata as main heroine or antagonist trained under tsunade, Sakura die she irrelevant in manga
2 - Hyuga screen time and some more about 4 noble clan in konoha.
3 - Tsunade using ying yang release, uzumaki sealing, slug sage mode and trained kushina, tsunade last fight with taka/hebi
4 - Sasuke using curse mark with Orochimaru as embodiment
5 - water release, jiraiya jutsu and uzumaki technique for Naruto and perfect 3 doujutsu for sasuke (Byakugan)

Heck no naruto power sause is great i love it and its unique I don't think any other anime or manga as a power source coming from the planet itself besides superman with the sun and all

1st: Minato and Kushina survive, raise Naruto. Minato teaches Naruto and also his mother teaches him everything regarding the Uzumaki and their sealing jutsus.

2: The Kyuubi is still sealed but this time the Full Kyuubi (Both Yin and Yang) are sealed into Naruto.

3: Sasuke still leaves the Village but due to a more highly trained Naruto with Uzumaki sealing training and his fathers training their fight at VoTe is totally different but I won't say who would still win but I have my own personal thoughts on that respect

4: Orochimaru instead of leaving the Leaf and hating them, instead remains loyal and caring for the protection of the Village where he was raised and born and stays there as a Sanin like Jiraiya.

5: 3rd Hokage due to Orochimaru not wanting to attack the Leaf, He stays retired and lives a long and prosperous life giving aid whenever it is needed but enjoying the retired life

That's my list I could make it longer but 5's all I got.

Let's say Sasuke did not leave and also lets say Obito dodge the falling boulder and survive the 3rd shinobi war. Sasuke has Itachi, Shisui and Obito to train him.

I want to make an edit that Naruto wouldn't have the Kyuubi sealed into him just the training from his mother and father and everyone else per the manga story. We would have a better more smarter Naruto and probably similar to Sasuke in battles pre insane Sasuke I mean before him going emo

1. Akatsuki did not die early by a bunch of teenagers. It would awesome if they join the war.

2. More panel time on side character.

3. More organization or neutral group of ninja.

4. More adventure and meet new characters (not fodder)

5. More high rank shinobi with almost Kage level

6. More villains with no drama flashback.

7. Shorten the war arc. Make it like Marinefold arc of One Piece.

8. Less Susanoo and Bijuu usage. More combat and strategy and analysis.

9. No Overpowered shinobi. Balance.

10. Edo tensei never invented.

2. Early war arc fights less rushed. Maybe make less of them but give each more time.

3. Kaguya's connection to the whole storyline being stronger. The conflict between her and the main cast having more depth.

4. Less in-universe hyping of characters. Sometimes I really felt like the author's opinion about certain characters was forced on me through other characters' words, I don't like that.

5. Less Naruto being a Ninja Jesus/prophecy stuff. Even if it's the point it felt like it went overboard at some point.

Ino would be a doctor and Sai's gf because they are a couple of weirdo and they are both super hot.
Gaara would be a girl because damn he would be the perfect heroine for this manga and a perfect best female friend for Naruto imo, maybe like a twin sister.
Jiraya would have something with Tsunade before dying and she will not regret it because ero senin is cool and well, basically she's single and her ex is dead!
Choji and Kiba would be super popular with females, i mean damn when he was fitter, he was just so hot and Kiba is like wine, the older the better
Kaguya would talk for herself instead of saying nothing!
all the biijus will be free for real but still, they would help their old partners and friends.
Lee would have a better role in the manga, idk but he could be a good training teacher for the kids, he's so brave!
Madara would stop talking like a cray-cray zombie and stop being so hysterical about his ex buddy the first hokage coming back too.

A manga for butthurt people... that would sell pretty well in the base...

Keep the manga focused on ninjas, as it was originally, and not a brawl between gods and demigods.

Fights that actually consisted of deception, acting from the shadows, cunning, etc rather than "who can make the bigger explosion".

I would have liked:

1- the fight of Sasuke vs Itachi to last less, it really took months;

2-the Hebi arch to last less or not to exist

3-the war arch to be much shorter without so many new characters and flashbacks

4- Naruto and Sasuke should each be themselves with their own powers (including the demon's chakra in Naruto and upgrades given to Sasuke by Itachi) but not the transmigrants of some old dudes. They were supposed, especially Naruto, to be hardworking ninjas who were trying to reach their goals, not just some reincarnation of geniuses. Thus the whole Kaguya arch should not exist.

5 - If Orochimaru was meant to be another villain, this should have already happened. The only excuse for him not wanting to be a villain could be that he has released himself from Itachi's genjutsu so he understood something about the truth in life.

And a number 6: Once the plot was focused in Naruto and Sasuke's relationship, it should have remained there without concentrating so much on other characters. Let's say, tell the story of 2 other characters, not of 100 other! If Kishi wanted to add something else, it should have been a bit of real romance!

1. Itachi injuryed and not dead or edo
2. More Uchiha besides Sasuke and Itachi as the lone survivor's of the Uchiha killings
3. Itachi a double agent but not the killer of his clan
4. Kushina surviving to raise Naruto jus to get more back story on her and the Uzumaki clan.
5. More back stories on a few characters

2. Less "be my friend" bullsh*t and more real fights.
3. Less Naruto, more other characters... (Naruto seem's boring he always does the same super-rasen... bla bla thing)

4. I would give Orochimaru more screen time. I find him very interesting as a character. So I would let him escape infinite tsukyomi by some secret technique.
5. I would make Sasuke vs Naruto fight end the same way as on part 1. Where Sasuke would look at him and leave him be. He would release the infinite tsukyomi and the beasts and go his own way, leaving Naruto behind again.
