Madara. I wanted to see him being happy with his bf Hashirama, seeing how things turned out in the end. Going out to have fun. Going on shoppings, on trips like skiing and doing radical sports.
I would also want his mother to be revived so we could see them talking, and see what talks about the Senju and how much she felt sorry for her son. His older brothers would also be by his side playing with him.
I wanted to see him being respected at last by the clan he cherished so much.
I wanted to see how him and Izuna bonded over the time too.

Madara for obvious reasons. I'd exchange Hinata's life for Neji after due thought and considerarion I've come to realise the story would and could continue without her. Kishi killed Neji the one who had goals and aspirations for one who is not only superflous to her clan but to the story.

For me it would be Itachi. His wisdom and knowledge would be an excellent assest for Naruto and Sasuke to continue growing. I know Sasuke has become a mirror image of his brother and i really do like the character development he has gotten. But still Itachi was a very good asset to the story
