For me it would have to be,
1. Itachi: Smexy, Intelligent, Cool, Sharingan, Best brother in the world, can predict the future, and died happy.
2.Madara: Intelligent, Cocky, Over-powered , Strongest, Power in a name, and Over-rated.

Orochimaru, being practically immortal would be pretty badass and my favorite animals are snakes. Plus that tongue is pretty useful no matter how creepy it is, sealing abilities, massive chakra, a killing intent so strong that it could make one of the most reputed jonin in the leaf village practically shit himself, not to mention he's incredibly intelligent and seems to have unlimited resources.

Sasuke (assuming i could have my own personality but all of his powers), specifically hebi Sasuke. All of Orochimaru's powers with Sasuke's fighting style, badass. Sharingan for precognition and genjutsu ability, mastery of lightning style comparable to the Raikage, incredible speed, powerful fire style jutsu, and curse mark powers.
