origins:scientists were able to tap into the multiverse and take samples of traits from very strong beings. They found his (technically) biological mother who was an unknown D. But also a kryptonian, she had a devil fruit known as the storm storm fruit so they extracted it and decided that would be useful for the experiment. his father was a low class saiyan warrior, with the d.n.a and devil fruit put into one being thus created the test tube baby who was a quarter D., and quarter kryptonian, and half saiyan.
They also sealed the nine tails within him as a child. But with so much power at just an infant the baby couldn't propdrly stabilize his powers so it exploded.... or at least they thought he did. Still in the test tube the young infant was sent across the multiverse itself only surviving by only and inch away from death.( thanks to the luck of the D)
still in the test tube he comes crashing down from the sky right into a ceremony.....goku and his friends are in the process of stopping pilaf from abusing a wish from the dragon shenlong. The baby crash-landing in front of everyone they go to inspect it. Once they realize it's a baby, bulma without any hesitation tells shelong if he can stabilize the baby. Her being a scientist she already knew what was wrong with the kid. He does so as a wish and bids them farewell. Once he leaves the baby stops breathing and it looks as though he died. But within a few seconds he begin to emit light until the brightness engulfs his whole body. Then the ball turns a sickly black clolour, Nearly a minute has passed and he is still in the ball. until a foot steps out and a kid that looks about 12 years old emerg from the ball. HE INTODUCES HIMSELF A SAKUR WITH A LARGE SMILE, BRIGHT YELLOW HAIR AND RED EYES.Everyone is looking at him weird then goku yells in excitement... HE'S A SUPER SAIYAN.

powers:know the rasengan, shadow cloned and sage mode, as well as ftg and he can go bm mode.
regarding his storm storm fruit he is a parmicia and can create hurricanes on a mid continetal level at the age of 17. He also has kings haki aswell as the luck of the D.
he has laser beam eyes, freeze breath and super speed naturally, he is incredably durable but being a saiyan- kryptonian hybrid it has made him vulnerable to any attacks
he can survive in outter space.
He can turn super saiyan and with goku teachinh him he learned that he dosen't need to transform after the initial transformation to reach the peak of his powers.
he has and extreamly long lifespan. As h see dosen't age after 21 but he is not sure if he's immortal.
He cam also travel the multiverse as he was granted the power during his first vist through the multiverse coee.
Personility: he is very stubborn, he sometimes gets a power complex and tends not to listen to his elders. Even though he may think he's stronger than everyone his mentor goku can also bring him down a nothch and humble him. He looks towards goku as a father figure sometimes but they act like brother mostly. He is very playful and robust, he makes a lot of blunt jokes that he think are hilarious but most wouldn't get it if they had 100 yeard to think about it, only one person dose. A girl he likes. He can save the world but when it cames to akoru he dosen't give her the time of day rather, he dosen't do it intentionally, he's very oblivious, more so then goku.
