Id upgrade all of his ninjutsu to a scale like so6p. Id make him jinchuuriki of the ten tails, give him genjutsu, make him and Hinata get together, and lets see, have him solo Madara, Tobi, Orochimaru, and Sasuke ALL by himself. Oh Id also give Shino susanoo covered in insects.

I would have the Ramen guy show up on the battlefield, reveal he is actually the Sage of the Six Paths, and take out Tobi and Edo Madara while only using one arm, and serve Naruto a nice bowl of ramen with the other arm.
