Here's my thing; There's enough money and technology to supply every government one system and a copy of a war simulator with accurate and fluctuating stats connected to the military's actual current size, obviously a phenomenal one would have to be built, and when two countries come to a disagreement they log into the simulator with their accurate scale replica armies and fight the same they would as if commanding real men. Same result, no casualty.
