This is actually basic military equipment each of these has it's purpouse anything else added on this would just add weight.

Ak-47, i live in the balkans i picked it mostly because 1: It uses 7.62 mm ammo which is abundand in my country and we have factories mass producing that caliber. 2: It is highly reliable and need's very little maintinance.
Ammo piercing bullets because now it's common that soldiers have access to bulletproof wests and helmets
Grenades come in very handy in fights where you fight against an entrenched enemy
Basic med pack, even if you dont get wounded you will need it, most fights in my country would happen either in dense forests or in urban suroundings you will get cut, swelled and exhausted you need it.
Uniform with west and helmet increases your chance of survival or minimizes damage done by bullets or explosions.
Quality walkie talkie is vital for military ops, and also just as a source of intel it helps you navigate through a war. Replacable batteries are a must electricity might be not accessible durring war time.
A map and Gps are a must you will find yourself in many areas you dont know and can get lost easaly even accidently end up behind enemy lines you will walk alot and see alot of places knowing your bearings is a must. Compass is a reserve thing who knows if Gps will work.
Good backpack is important so you dont end up lossing it. Footwear is the most important thing of all, you will walk and run alot i mean really aloooot, through marsh, stone, asphalt and water you need it to be waterproof and to be confrtable to walk without having to much foot pain.
Winter clothing = Napoleon and Hitler lost against Russia because they didnt have this
Laser pointer, might sound silly but against low flying UAV's this is actually preety effective into rendering them partially or completly blind.
War means no supermarkets are working and food supply is limited or completely not possible, military will get priority food supplies but it's not a guarantee having a decent food stockpile will help alot atleast for some time.
Medicine is even a worse managment to get by in a war import is extremelly difficult and it's short on supply having antibiotics might save your life or of somebody else. Pain killers if you get shot get through a surgery and stuff... hospitals wont really prioritize pain killer medicine.
Weed well i was partially joking bout this but war is not preety it's a horrific thing it might help from time to time to relax.
A capable unit, platoon or brigade with commanders and officers, dude your life depends on those things, i come from a war thorn country i heard my share of stories from ex soldiers who had incompetent leadership or fellow soldiers and many died because of it.
