If we remove the plot from situations what would hapen

I'd like to see what events you could come up with if plot wasn't a factor. For example one I could think of is.

During the Sannin battle way back when, If J-man used Sage mode he would of crushed Orochimaru hands down.

What other events can you guys think of?

Nothing happens, there would be no story for these things to happen anyway.

If you mean deus ex machinas, Sasuke would have died against Deidara, Naruto wouldn't have beaten Kakuzu or Pain, Madara wouldn't have escaped from edo tensei etc.

Oro would be alive
Tsunade probably won't be Hokage
Gaara would probably still be evil

Kakuzu with 93 years of life and 80 years (13 year old genin thing) combat wouldn't say to fight long range and jump right at Naruto....would have killed Kakashi, Ino, and Choji. :'(
Kisame wouldn't have kept using Ninjutsu counter attacks (shark bomb) after three fights of Gai using taijutsu
Itachi would have found a cure to his desiese
Jaraiya would have booked it from Pain
Bee would have killed Sasuke...when you stab him, take the head
Tobi would have just behind Jinjurikies and knocked them out/ Kamuied them elsewhere
No shinobi war 4.
Sasori wouldn't be dead
Stuff like that

My 2 favourite dead characters would still be alive.

Deidara would have murdered/hospitalised Sasuke without having to have blown himself up.

Kakazu wouldn't have been ridiculously fooled by a shadow clone and Naruto would be dead.
