^Agreed with this for the most part, but I don't agree with the Lee beating Gai because Gai taught Lee almost everything he knows so he's gonna be the best at it. However, Neji's ocular power enables him to use his clan's Secret art: rotation and other Gentle Fist physical art that requires chakra.

Gai would be at a disadvantage.
