My unique jutsu would be a Light jutsu,,,,, which would make me faster than everything,,,,,,, because Light is faster than lightning ,tail beasts , sound.......

And even better if i was an uchiha, and still hav Light Speed no Jutsu. Lol

Creation of all Things, I don't know if that is eye powered if it is, than it would be Shadow Clone. Even though Body Flicker isn't exactly a jutsu, I would choose that if it was.
