Well I'd create some MS jutsu, powerful techniques but with a risk! One eye would give me the power to read peoples' minds, while the other would allow me to look into their past memories (basically past vs. present). My ultimate jutsu would involve me being able to destroy and create memories in others' brains (sort of like Charles from Code Geass if you know him). All of these would require eye contact of course, making them less efficient if the person has knowledge of such techniques. They also cause a heavy burden over time.
Oh yeah names.. maybe Door to the Present, Door to the Past, and Twin Doors of Destiny? Cheesy but yeah xd
