How can we appropriately gage there power?
Take hiruzen vs the Buddha thing for example. both use all five elements and cancel each other out. No valleys being formed, no fodder saying "OMG that's the *blank* technique! I never thought I'd see a jutsu this strong!"
See, people like to act like this a giant feat for hiruzen. All it really did was counter Yamato-zetsus attack which also had no hype
A more underrated example is kakashi lighting style running beast jutsu. Only used once, he attacked pain with it and Deva used ST. st can block any attack with enough force so how do we measure it's power?
Tldr. We don't. Jutsu like this are essentially feat and hypeless.
