If Tsunade is dead, is the Senju lineage finished?

If you noticed the legend says that the two sons of the sage will always be rivals, (Oldest Son & Younger son, Hashirama & Madara and Naruto & Sasuke) To me the Uzumaki is like a direct descendant of the senju. Besides if you noticed the uzumaki clan have "the Body" just like the youngest son of the Sage, and eventually the uchijas have the "eyes". So yes, we can tell that Uzumaki=Senju.

Therefore, we can assume (Since no other Senju clan members have been shown) that Tsunade is the last of the Senju.

I really meant the pure blooded senju lineage in my OP, but the senju blood will be living on with the Uzumaki you are right.

Its sad there will be no more pure senjus besides nameless fodder. How can Hashi possibly only have one grandchild, he must have more somewhere lol they can't all be fodder.

yeah, there are probably random weak senjus who just aren't in the manga. same situation with the uchihas, most uchihas aren't at the level of madara, itachi, sasuke, etc, most are like the weak villagers that itachi killed. just like that, most senjus probably are very average ninjas besides hashi, tobirama, and tsunade and we just never hear about them.
