It would be completely unreasonable due to the precision and chakra control needed for CES. Also, Tsunade does not possess the speed to make this very useful. A better candidate is Neji. Or even Sarada due to Sharingan.

Monstrous strength meaning she has strength like Zabuza or Suigetsu's strong arm technique. Unless she's using the CES, he's strength doesn't make up for her speed.
