If Tsunade die,who should be next Hokage?

Tsunade(Godaime Hokage-Fifth) is almost died and I create this thread to know your opinions about next hokage,who should be next Hokage? There's my candidatures and my opinion:

Kakashi Hatake
For my thought he's one of the best ninjas ever.With his Sharingan he can copy most of jutsus and I think if anyone had the potential to become Hokage,he have...He remember me Minato...One of greatest kage ever,which sacrifice his life for village....

Shikamaru Nara/Shikaku Nara
Both of them are the best strategist I have see at Naruto,but I don't think they're going to accept Hokage post because they're to lazy...

Naruto Uzumaki
He's one of the strongest characters on anime,but I don't think he is Kage capacity even he defeat Pain.I think he need more time to become a Hokage,maybe at age 30...

So about my opinion I think Kakashi Hatake should be Hokage if he will not die during the Shinobi War

He was already chosen by the council. Your reasons do not matter for who you WANT to be. It WILL be him because it already was him.

the hokage is basically the top dog of the village which naruto has.

And also the hokage must be wise and intelligent.The nara's have that.

And these two things is what kakashi has since he's pretty strong and really smart but i hope he dies in the war

kakashi, he's the only candidate i can think of, naruto is strong but not mature enough and shikamaru has no drive/motivation for the job at all, he's not even among the nominees

Intelligence alone will not get you the title of Hokage. You need to be one of the STRONGEST. or atleast a descendant of the previous kages.

I know, he doesn't have extremely high power, but that's why he has his soldiers... And he is the smartest.

Kakashi for sure. He's already qualified for the job. Naruto is almost there, but he's probably to young and immature for a serious political/leadership role. The Nara's are suited to be excellent advisers, but not kages.

Was minoto a descendant of Kages?No.Kakashi isn't the smartest but he has great leadership skills and has better battle tactics than Naruto.Naruto is somewhat immature and still needs experience,atleast let him lead a cell team.
