no what she NEEDS is chidori and the toad summonin tech so the toad can shoot water then she can fuse the ligthing with the water to multiply the effect and since she's uzimake she can use shadow clones so theres another plus right there cause thats alot tits and ass to be runnin around healing people....

i think it would be badass! i like tsunade alot, but she would rank the weakest kage in my book. Useful, kinda like Sakura (if you imagine team 7 then Sakura is useful but nothing compared to Sai and Naruto) with her healing jutsu and power punchs...yah i can see it now...she would be more like the other kages then!

But seriously, i highly doubt she has any knowledge at all about the jutsu, i mean about how it works in detail.
If it's not something so special those 3 guys that know the basics of it would have thought someone else, i mean come on, why wouldn't you share such and OP jutsu with someone, especially the Hokage... this is because either: it's not so simple as it looks, and it does involve some risks if not mastered perfectly hence why they can only do it together, or it does have a special requirement...
