No... Kakashi would suffer the same fate as Sasuke almost did. She has the ability to change the surrounding air around her to an extremely poisonous level. She has the same elements as him besides raiton. She learned them without the Sharingan and even has Lava and Boil release. Kakashi simply can't keep up with her superior arsenal. She has the hidden mist technique that took Kakashi back in part one, then again in the war arc. Her water techniques are on par with Kisame's as seen in the Madara fight. Her lava > all of kakashi's techniques. Her lava melted Madara's ribcage susanoo. Her boil release solo's easily. What does Kakashi have? Raiton ninjutsu that are fodder compared to a high level shinobi. Kakashi is a strong shinobi unless he's facing someone with a greater arsenal than his. SPOP seals my point easily. Obito spams the same technique as he does, that's why they're equal.
