If Tobi has mastered the rinnegan like nagato

if Tobi has mastered the rinnegan to the same degree as Nagato if not better

he would in my and other peoples opinion almost unstoppable

becasue he was already said to be stronger then Nagato

tobi has the capability cause he knows all the ability of the rinegan unlike madara who didn't see nagato.... but if he has shinra tensei and absorbtion and intangabilty he would be OP.... they cant beat him...

Two things.

1. Tobi does know Rinnegan techniques but Gai and Kakashi knows counters
2. It is for plot reasons that he's not destroying them right now.

He has shown some such as making the rocks fly around I believe.
