OK, we know that Hagoromo had the Creation of All Things jutsu that he used to create the bijuu with. I think his mommy had something similar. We haven't seen Hagoromo's dad or his son's mother(as far as I know, no official guidebooks mention about this either), do you think that Hagoromo became a fathery by creating his sons with the Creation of All Things and Kaguya did something similar to her sons? In her case, she would have used a jutsu to impregnate herself.

Kaguya was an alien that was in an alien war so she ate the fruit to dominate. There were still others. It's not like the Adam and Eve situation. Ashura and Indra definitely had wives. Same for Hago and his bro imo. There were tonnes of clans before, during and after their time...right?...asexual reproduction makes exact copies of the original btw so she definitely didn't impregnate herself.

They most likely had a father/ wives but they were just never mentioned. Clearly Hogger has aspects of Kaguya but only half traits, not full traits. This is made clear in his horns being much smaller, his eyes not being quite the same, etc. So most likely, Kaguya bread with a human male and Hogger, his brother and his sons had human wives.

They weren't relevant to the story line so they werent added. Even a bunch of Konoha 11 characters we barely saw their families, it would take too long to show every single family member.
