See the whole uchiha thing really wasn't tobirama's fault. In fact, we already know the uchiha didn't have a problem with Tobirama at all.. since there are no indications they did. And furthermore, the reason the village turned crap after Tobirama is because they 2 leaders who took control of the village didn't listen to the white haired beast.

1. Uchiha did the coup why? Because there was no unity ( you can watch the anime episode where they hold the uchiha meeting. )
2. Why were their dirty activities, like experimenting on konoha citizens, or something like the Root going on? Because there was no unity..
3. Why did Konoha look like a hypocrite? because there was no unity.


I mean if you look at the reign of the first 2 Hokage.. there really weren't any internal problems except Madara. People say Tobirama made the Uchiha into the police to segregate them so they won't mess with the village.. However, when we look at the Uchiha (anime here), all they talked about during the Coup meetings was PROTECTING KONOHA. lol. Its just that Uchiha would give their life for the village.. hence why making them the Police wasn't really a big mistake. Its just Hiruzen couldn't handle it.. and Danzo set them up for god knows why.

Sooo yeaaa Only if they had listened to Tobirama.

He went out of his way to study his dead body. It never occurred to him that it's a possibility? Hell, even if he put guards outside the grave-site or something. He'd at least be prepared to combat Madara once more if he is revived or if someone tries to steal the body.

Also considering that Madara's body was a Treasure trove and his abilities could easily be used by Konoha's enemies. The logical thing to do would have been to destroy his body similar to what the Mist Village does with it's missing ninjas. So, why didn't Tobirama do so ?

Danzo was just jealous of the eye power....he knew that Uchiha could control Tailed Beasts with their ocular power because of Madara manifested it. He framed them in the nine tails attack and retrieved the eyes at the Massacre....kinda seems like he wanted to control the Bijuus as well....

The whole thing started because Tobirama was scared it would be another Madara so he moved them to the outskirts of the village and put under constant survalence if he would have never done that then never would have been a coup. The Kyuubi attack made it worse Tobirama and Danzo are to blame.

Tobirama likely didn't foresee Madara coming back from the dead.

I don't know why people put the blame on tobirama, the Uchiha didn't decide they were unhappy till some 50 or so years after tobirama died. Can't blame him for something that happened so long after his era given that the Uchiha themselves were incredibly proud of their police force title.

If there's anyone not to underestimate, it's Madara. Tobirama should of known this.

Plus, a pre-programmed Izanagi can't activate if the body and eyes are already destroyed, right? All the times Danzo was "killed" he at least had a few seconds or so to activate it.

I bet if Tobirama had just taken the eyes out, it would of avoided him being resurrected.


But plot is always making people smarter or stupider.

I'm well aware of that. However if the Uchiha and the leaf were on such good terms prior to this, then this one incident shouldn't spark such distrust as to ostracize the clan.
