The good
  1. Religion-based Wars/Conflicts will cease to exist
  2. Closeted homosexual individuals who were afraid of religious consequences can now rest easy
  3. People will be free to experience new things that they could not have done because of religious restrictions (this can be both good and bad i guess?)
  4. What else?
The bad
  1. Priests, Nuns and other religious leaders/individuals would probably have a nervous breakdown. (Their whole life is a lie)
  2. People who work for chapels or other similar religious organizations will loose their jobs
  3. People would be tempted to act recklessly since they no longer have to fear going to hell
  4. Companies that manufacture religious items/artifacts will go out of business and many workers will loose their jobs
  5. Many people will be severely depressed since they know their prayers wont be answered
  6. What else?

Since religion seems like a building block for society in general it's probably a bad idea to just jank it out.

Also, regardless of evidence people could still believe, I don't buy the point of religion having proof or not.

Since when is religion about evidence? If it was it would be called science, nobody joins the church because of evidence.

Also, the bad stuff about religion is not only religious, like people can still do those things.
