His theories were very specific on the origin of Tobidara. This new character is not an elastic sock that fits on every foot.

Naruto history as we know is over and no Tobidara was revealed back then where it made some sort of sense to be revealed , so why take advantage of this new series to fit something that was meant to be in the previous part ? OP predictions and theories failed long ago.

Since the new series focus on a new generation, a new plot, i see these new characters as being some sort of lab experiments forgotten in a cave somewhere, who knows..
