The nature energy will have to be mixed proportionately with Kurama's chakra... That way every attack used while in SM, will contain a certain amount of nature energy. The number of that amount is up to Kishi though.

Incorrect. To balance the natural energy with all his chakra with kurama's, he would have to absorve more natural energy. He would be able to use some powerful atacks before it ends. Not to mention all the strength he would have.

But BM can constantly replenish the Senjutsu chakra so Naruto can use both for a longer period of time.

That's because he has to use natural energy in the atack and to throw it. Not only against obito, a senpou bijuu dama would deal great damage as well, not to mention frog kata in the insane strength he would have.
