They should all pull out their most kickbutt technique and kill Oro (though he is never really dead). That way he couldn't put the control tags in them and they would stay alive. As Kabuto told us, even if the user of edo tensei is killed, the technique remains active.

Then they can tell Sasuke to take his questions somewhere else and go join the battle against Obito/Madara/Juubi.
