Idk.. they will play big role in the future but I don't think they will become FV, more for sure we will get a pirate Kaguya.

They'll play important role in the final War... I still don't believe that they are capable enough to stand up to top-tier individuals, Navy Admirals or probably CP0 are the best they have to offer but maybe by some BS they possess a unique power being celestial dragons that put them above the rest(I hate the idea though)...

And their primary foes are Revolutionaries so they're gonna get killed by Dragon and his top execs..

Well Zoro would definitely fight the one in white with the sword..

And based off of complete speculation, imo, I can see Luffy fighting the one second from the right (standing up with long hair, long mustache and beard)

Franky would fight the one all the way on the right (wearing a hat and holding staff)

Sanji would fight the one second from the left with blond hair

And Usopp would fight the one all the way on the left (bald with mustache)


That's what my gut tells me anyway.. lol

Nah I don't see it. One Piece is pretty big with old men are strong cliche. But I think the power of the Gorosei is just control and influence. Which is just as powerful if you command strong people to fight for you.

I think it would be lackluster if after everything Luffy's final villains would be the senior citizen squad.

Popular theory is that Bonney is forced to turn them to their prime, and then they would fight. That might actually be exciting.

The Bonney theory makes a lot of sense. Why else would Akainu just let her go after having BB capture her? I think it be pretty awesome to see all the old guys go at it (Like Garp etc).

Spandam carried a sword because he fought.. like he actually fought.. with a sword..

It's true what Uzumaki Macho says, why carry around a sword all the time if you're not a fighter, or once was a fighter who still knows how to use your sword if ever needed..

It always stood out to me that Oda drew one wearing all white (different from the others somewhat of a dress code) and with a sword.. so maybe he, alone, is or once was a fighter.

Alight I'm gonna go on a different path here, everyone keeps saying Zoro fights the guy in the back because he has a sword well I argue Luffy fights that guy because typically the boss is in the back.

Zoro and Sanji fight the two on the right; Zoro fight the guy with the cane which will be revealed as a sword and Sanji will fight the guy with his hands in his pockets.

Franky/Brook/Nami will fight the mustache guy

Usopp/Robin/Chopper will fight the youngest looking one.
