He's a villain, so he's obviously going to be damn strong. But we'd better wait before drawing comparisons to Kaguya for sure. Because his powers don't even purely belong to him and they're just Sharingans/MSs all of them the same, and probably stolen and implanted. And Kaguya is the progenitor of chakra, even stronger than SO6P.
