This is my guess on how it would go:
-Genma and Raidou get fodderized
-Shikamaru's team ambushes them while they rest
-They fail, Jirobo earth domes them, they break out eventually
-Choji offers to fight 1v1, they continue on as Choji and Jirobo both tie
-Kidomaru fodderizes all of them, except Shino's bugs are a nuisance and keep attacking Kidomaru. Kidomaru decides to take Shino out, Neji stops that from happening. Neji decides to 1v1 Kidomaru, and they both tie
-Shikamaru plans to sneak attack Tayuya and Sakon when the sun comes up, the difference in the plan is that once team Shikamaru gets the coffin, Sakon and Tayuya are greeted by Shino's bugs to push them back while Kiba preps traps.
-Everything goes according to plan, except this time around Akamaru gets the trap set and gets away before Sakon can make his move. Sakon is now taken out of the fight, but Tayuya is still chasing them.
So now...it's Kiba, Naruto, Shino, and Shikamaru vs Tayuya....but Kimimaro stealthily takes the coffin and runs
-Shikamaru decides him and Kiba will take on Tayuya. Shino says he placed a bug on the coffin just in case.
-Shino and Naruto chase Kimimaro
-Shino and Naruto fight Kimimaro, Shino's bugs aren't doing jack but they are slowing him down while he kills Naruto's clones. Allowing Rock Lee to enter the picture while a bunch of Naruto clones are still alive. Shino and Rock Lee tell Naruto to go for Sasuke.
-Meanwhile...Shikmaru thinks of a plan, him and Kiba take Tayuya out with high difficulty. Both decide to pursue Kimimaro...
-Lee is being fodderized by Kimimaro while he has to take Shino on as well. Kimimaro decides Shino has to go first, but Gaara, and Temari come to the rescue while Kankuro takes on Sakon
-Gaara tells them all to GTFO while he and Temari take on Kankuro. Shino, and Lee decide to stay for moral support?
-Gaara with the help of Temari and Shino take out Kimimaro, with slightly less difficulty than Gaara alone. Gaara is nearly drained, while the others are good to go. Shikamaru and Kiba show up. Gaara and Temari decide to stay behind to make sure Kankuro is alright, the others go after Naruto and Sasuke. Shino apparently left bugs on Neji and Choji, he decides to go see their condition.
-Meanwhile...Kankuro takes out Sakon and Ukon, he decides to meet up with Gaara and Temari.
-Meanwhile...Naruto and Sasuke are duking it out, as Sasuke stabs Naruto with Chidori..Shikamaru, Kiba, and Lee show up to help Naruto out. Naruto tells them all to stay back, as 9 tail chakra Naruto beats up 2T Sasuke, Sasuke turns in to 3T and beats up Naruto. The others decide to help but can't do anything and get beat up, Sasuke breaks Naruto's skull and he pulls out 1 tail Kurama. The others decide to back off because they know they can't do anything.
-CM2 Sasuke decides to have a taijutsu fight with Naruto, but he knows his time is running out. They both have the Chidori-Rasengan clash. Sasuke is weakened, Shino, Lee, and Shikamaru baby shake, meet up with Kakashi and they all go home with a half dead Sasuke.
Would Shino have made a difference?
