There's only 2 ways to fight an uchiha. 1. avoid. 2. teamwork.

if you can't physically avoid a technique by an uchiha then you lose or the very least at a major disadvantage.
2nd way is conditional because most people won't have teamwork 24/7. but naruto can due to kurama to help him avoid and counter sharingan.

Minato and plenty others already proved that. I mentioned Hashirama and Tobirama because those two grew up fighting uchiha. If They were that great. Tobirama wouldn't have made Izuna and MS look like fodder with nothing more than a incomplete ftg and a sword.
